Statehood Quarter Set

2007 P & D statehood quarters. where to find them in display cases.?

On Shopathometv.com from 1999-2006 there were statehood quarters sets that contained gold layered, Philidelphia, and Delware sets. Does anyone know where I can find the P & D for 2007? Particularly in the same display cases. I’ve been looking for days for them, and i cannot find them. Hope you all know what I’m talkig about. Shopathometv.com does not have it on their website anymore because they are redirecting all their customers. Thank you.

The gold plated state quarters are a gimmick and have no resale value. Coin collectors consider them damaged coins. Sales have dropped off due to bad press for the Home Shopping network in the numismatic press. They have had bad press for sometime in the weekly Numismatic News and Coin World for selling coins at outrages prices. I have seen a set up to last year of gold plated and a painted set in oak frames that looked nice. They will never be worth a lot but do look nice on the wall and are more a piece of art than coins. I do not know where you can get the holders you have but try www.brooklyngallery.com for they are a big dealer in coin supplies. As for the quarters there is an ad in the May 6 Numismatic News for gold plated state quarters that state any 24 KT gold plated state quarter 10 for $9.50 20 for $18.50, 40 for $32.75 and so on. Contact Marcello, 725 Reservoir Ave, Cranston RI 02910. This person has advertised in the magazine since at least 1999 and sold commemorative coins before that so he must be an honest guy. He does not state they will gain in value or are collectors items. Hope this helps
