Zebco Carp Starter Set – Is it any good?
I’m looking to buy a zebco carp starter set as i am looking to start carp fishing. Can anyone tell me if this is worth buying as it is quite cheap for what you get and I don’t know what sort of quality it will be.

hi i been a fisherman for 20ish years most my life and can safely say zebco is poor …
but it aldepends on what fisheries etc you go to .. are you just pleasure carping ie local lake with small carp 10 – 20 pounders…
or proper lakes like yately complex where i do most of my fishing for the bigguns ,
but its ok for a starter set for general carping
also how much you willing to spend and what kind of set up do you want ie how many rods n reels , do you want a rodpod, alarms, what size landing net , unhooking mat etcetc…
let me know and i know of some good sites that are quiet cheap so i will have a look for you
