Nicklaus North Location
Named after legendary pro-golfer, Jack Nicklaus (a.k.a. “The Golden Bear”), Nicklaus North is located just north of Whistler’s main Village area. The area includes a par 71, 18-hole course designed by the golfer himself. 3
Ski lifts are a speedy 5 minute drive, cab or bus ride away and bus service runs regularly throughout the day and evening with fares that are affordable ($2 transfer as of September 2009).
Nicklaus North also offers a variety of paved trails perfect for jogging or a simple afternoon stroll in the winter and biking or rollerblading in the summer. 3
