what are good U.S. coins worth collecting?
i want to expand what little i have. i have the state quarters and a good amount of wheat pennies, except the rare ones. id like to maybe start on other types. im not looking to spend thousands just a few bucks here and there. i have us mint wrapped rolls of the 2009 lincoln penny. also do you know a good reputable online source to obtain them.

If you don’t want to spend to much money, I suggest starting a type collection, this is where the collector tries to obtain one specimen of each type of coin in whatever country, in this case the U.S.
You may want to leave out certain coins like each of the three cent pieces, which can cost 90 in very fine condition. I am working on one of these as well as a wheat penny collection and I suggest you get a folder or binder to keep your coins in order.
