You’ll need cheddar cheese, baking powder, salt, plain flour and butter for this recipe. Just make a dough of all the ingredients. Now, roll out the dough on a floured board. You can cut it into different shapes employing a cookie cutter or just cut it into stripes. Cook in a baking tray for 10-12 minutes and you are done.
Potato lovers can go for roasted potatoes as their preferred choice of tea time nibbles. These are also convenient to make and are simply scrumptious. Use baby potatoes for this recipe. You simply need to boil, peel and marinate them in your favorite food dressing or spice and place them in the microwave for one or two minutes and voila! You are done.
Plant cutlets are another fascinating tea time recipe. Get all the vegetables that you have at home. Half boil these vegetables and let them to cool. Keep more of potatoes and less of other plants. Now, mash all the plants with your hands and turn them into dough. Add a chunk of bread or 2 as this can make the binding of the vegetables easier. Now, make little balls of the dough and coat them with breadcrumbs. Deep fry and sever hot with sauce.
