Maryland Quarter

Quarter with imprints.?
I have a Maryland quarter that has two markings on it, one on each side. One says “USAMRIID” and on the other side it says “Point Of Origin”. I am just curious on where it came from of what it means. I could find anything particular about it and came here to find some help thanks very much.
USAMRID is the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases. I don’t know why the either imprint would have been put on the coin; whatever stamping tool was used was designed for use on something different. Probably just somebody fooling around. It doesn’t make the coin special. It’s now just a conversation piece with no value above face value.
