i have diarrhea and i took a box laxatives what do i do ?

it was a dare i know im an idiot but it was a dare early today i was dared to eat three small rocks, a dime, lots of nutmeg, two glasses of milk, warm salt water, and a mixture of lemon jucie maple syrup caynne pepper,and i was also dared to eat 20 peices of bubble gum and swallow HELP me whats going to happen!! also i need to know ASAP i did all this about two hour ago
ps i live in a wooded area and no er for 100 miles
im in loads of pain

Ignoring the foodstuffs you chucked inside of you, the rocks could be a problem (size, shape, sharp edges) especially if they are travelling through your body quickly.

I’m afraid, to be on the safe side you should amble along to your nearest ER, 100 miles away or not. The gut, although incredibly robust struggles with sharp or large non digestable objects.

It is a judgement call of course, and the stones may happily pass through your body, only you can make that decision.
