The new rule book will lower minimum technical standards for these pregnancy centres, which would “with a woman’s consent – be in a position to administer regular births, without foreseeable pathologies.

The Ministry’s inspector is anticipated to visit the centres in the next 10 days so as to resolve whether they satisfy the minimum standards. When they satisfy maximum standards, they will be in a position to administer all births, writes tagza.com.
